One of today’s riders said he is trying intermittent fasting. He skipped breakfast and refused to eat a snack at the rest stop. He did the full 50 mile ride but seemed pretty hangry by the end.

What do you do when patient shows up late? I run on time but if patient late that messes up everything downstream. But part of my practice “culture” is we don’t turn away patients even if late.

Morimoto does not have a ton of veg options, but I can get veg tempura with rice, a salad, and sweet potato tempura roll. That’s enough for me....

We ended up not going as mrs datlas is a little under the weather. I highly recommend the place for lunch, you can have an amazing lunch there for $45-70/person which is expensive but a good value...

I would have to look it up but would guestimate influenza mortality is much lower, maybe 0.1%, so this is a bigger deal but nowhere near as high as with SARS or Ebola etc.
