Bike-components.de has the 31.6mm 7 degree version for € 119.50, excluding a 4 euro shipment fee... I'm getting the Ritchey WCS Carbon for my CR1 though, don't really like the bent seatpost thing....

Be aware, European spec Trek 1500's are indeed full Ultegra - In the US they are a mix as noted above... It's at a different price level as well.
