There's lots of black on the bike, and I think in order to offset that, I would look into an aluminum seat post and aluminum spacers under the stem.

Actually, I think it's just right. Makes the blue pop like it should and also brings out the sidewalls. We know what black looks like, and there's no real reason to highlight it.

A polished stem would be my choice. White tape and hoods would go with the saddle and cables.
