That looks like 36H? If I counted wrong and you're looking for 32H, I have a 32H low-flange Record with BSC thread. I haven't opened it up to check the races, but it turns smoothly.

I'm pretty sure our co-op still has this somewhat scuffed 90 mm 1A stem, milano logo style. In the second pic, it's the lower one with the shorter reach. I'll double check that it's still available...
