Gravity FSX: Need a fix for loosening Quick Release Skewers

My FSX bike quick release skewers are loosening up when riding.

What is the fix for this?

Bike Frame - Trek 830 Antelope 22" - Dimpled the chain stays for more wheel clearance. Dropouts were already spaced to 135mm. Was not straight and I had to reset after dimpling.

However, when I say loose, I can pass the wheel through the tire with no effort.

To me, it seems to be about 1/2" too large.
