Glad I could help - it was a bunch of trial & error to figure it all out :) The Garmin fits just right! BTW - it looks like there's a new Pocket design that might not hold as much. Maybe see if you...

The Revelate harness is plenty narrow to fit between drops, and can hold all sorts of different shapes & sizes - you just need to find a drybag or stuffsack with the right dimensions so it fits both...

I'm based in LA, and I've been very happy with my Rock'n'Roads, they do pretty well with the loose-over-hard stuff around here.

I had some Rock'nRoads (43mm) on my size 52 for a bit that just fit. As in, probably a millimeter - or maybe even less - on either side at the chainstays. Still good at the fork, though.

I did the ride in the first week of October. I was on 43mm Bruce Gordon Rock'n'Roads, and I was glad to have the width and the tread because of the mud that we encountered. We also ran into a lady...

Hey Scrod,

I currently have a non-Italian Gara with the full-carbon Dodici fork. I'm considering a Vigorelli as a possible replacement - the geometries look similar (from what little I can tell...

As you can tell from my Gara, I'm not a huge fan of the NASCAR look myself. I'd like to say the the Z85 was one of the least offensive-looking ones I found, but in reality they were all just pretty...

Are you downtown? I know there's uproar over Spring Street, but I haven't heard much anti-bike lane stuff outside of that. Especially not here by the beach :)

I use this same setup - works great when I'm hauling camera gear, and it's still a regular bag when I'm not. Best of both worlds.

EDIT: forgot to mention that the Snoop insert fits PERFECTLY...

Carbon steerer tube with insert - do I use a star nut with this?
