Some pre-war bikes had 26 x 1 3/8 or 26 x 1.37 wheels.

The chainstay looks pre-war, the way it curves towards the bb, but it's kind of hard to tell for sure.

Need bigger photos.

It's actually the pump from my Raleigh Twenty. The pump is about an inch too short, so I made up for it with a clamp on pump-peg on the lower end of the seat tube.

They can be won at a reasonable price ($15 to $20 each) as it seems hardly anybody wants, or needs, them....

I believe that's a Thompson style BB. You can tell by the dustshields. I'm recently fixing up a late 40s German bike with that same style of BB. It seems lots of German bikes used that type of BB....

I would think the LTD's stays would be the wire type as found on Robin Hoods, etc.
