This Fuji toouring was on the list as a budget touring bike. Is it a reliable frame with components that will stand up? Obviously Lexus's are nicer than Chevies, but both have reasonable longevity...

Am looking for a good way to carry two to three gallons of water whilst on tour. May be away from potable water more than a day. Need for cooking, drinking etc. Visuzalize hard plastic container...
