I would add that as the frame size decreases so does stem length. It wouldn't be uncommon to spot a 75mm stem on a 49cm bike. Additionally, a 52cm will make for a more comfortable bike, as it'll get...

It's so hard to tell over the internet how a bike fits someone. I'm 5'7" and am riding a 52 cm Crux but there is absolutely no stand over clearance, I might have been more comfortable on the 50..
