Dropouts are Campagnolo and I measure 7mm thickness so shouldn’t be any issues with axle extending too far for the QR.

I’m using the 36g RideNow tpu tubes on 2 sets of wheels. No installation issues, I do not find them to be particularly fragile. Plastic valve stems are fine.
