If you REALLY want to go down a rabbit hole, get a WHOOP device. It tracks HRV (heart rate variability). My cardiology EP friends tell me this is no way ready for prime time, btw.

Lezyne because the hose eliminates stress at valve. Larger size means fewer strokes to inflate, that’s a trade off. Put it wherever you prefer, that’s your choice.

Pretty sure you use the thin spacer for 10 speed and pitch it for 11, at least if running Shimano. I am only 95% sure of that so check with others to be positive.
