As far as general advice goes, if you want something new and cheap, go to bikesdirect.com and get yourself a Kilo TT. Best bang for your buck. Anything else pales in comparison at the same price...

If it's just the frame, then it doesn't matter much except for the wheel clearance. If you absolutely need the wheel clearance, then get the steamroller. If not, then just upgrade your components....
