Thats very interesting, might try and do a road test of the helmets as I am lucky enough to own a stages power meter. I could do it on a downhill similar to those Mr. H videos on youtube.

For the individual pursuit, would it be better with a long traditional tail, a medium tail such as the kask bambino or a round sprint style helmet.
Lots of the pro teams on the road at least are...

What workout would you recommend to increase your sprint speed ?
currently at 46kph-ish want to get up towards 50kph, I am youth so hope that explains slower speeds.

8-lap Course des Primes,
9 lap points race,
Elimination race,
10 lap scratch...
