We recently discovered after a school bus tried to beat a car in a left turn.....causing a death......that more than a few school bus drivers are driving on prescription and non prescription...

there was a truck a ways back

I signalled to turn left .....truck was right behind me...

might be a bit hairy on the bridge , very busy , no shoulders lots of annoyed drivers stuck in traffic

you might find some back roads a few miles off...

LBI is basically an 18 mile long flat Island.....but with very nice bike lanes almost the entire length.
There are no hills .......traffic is heavy in the summer especially where the bridge...

Being in the insurance business …….in my experience it doesn't matter how fast the vehicle with right of way was going ….the issue is that the vehicle entering the roadway has to yield ………..usually...

This is not about enforcement but coming thru PA I noticed signs requiring 4 ft.. It was in the Delaware water gap national park so it could just be within the park itself
