The Scott is more aggressive, and handles far more sharply, it's also stiffer. If I were crit racing I'd pick the foil. For like 70, 80 or 100 mile rides I pick the SuperSix.

I'd go giant or cannonade. Giant seems to offer more full group sets instead of getting cheap on things like cranks or chainrings etc and they make excellent frames.
