The hair will kind of fluff up a little bit after the first wash. The treatment is to "glue" down the split ends, etc.

I like their bags, too. I like the smaller ones without the panniers. I have some bikes that I don't want their special rack on (like the vintage one in the picture) - so oh well.

I used to have a Trek FX 7.5 that I used as a commuter bike (25 miles daily) I also took it on some longer 50+ mile rides. I have been through all sorts of bikes since then and I wish I still had it....
