Actually not. I did notice a slight (1-2 mph) speed increase, and easier riding on the rough country roads.

I plan to swap out the front fork and replace the 16" wheel with a 20" electric hub.

Not dragging, just a loose strap on a 15-year old underseat pannier that's only partially filled.

I recently swapped out the 20" rear wheels with 24" wheels; so now the derailleur has 6" inches...
