Try looking up on google Atomic Zombie I think there are some plans there. I built one handcycle is difficult and time consuming. Very difficult to get front end right for steering.

Able to ride again

Due to vascular surgery had to stop riding hand cycle. Today got I got to ride again. Got the bike out cleaned her up up and set everything and she is ready for ride in the morning. Before surgery...

Contact your local disabled sports association they maybe able to point you in the right direction. I have a Quickie Shake 27 speed hand bike
with a detachable fork. Check internet Bike On site....

What I Ride

I have a Quickie Shark. I ride at least 5 days a week.
Latley been in basement wtin a trainer. Here in Wisconsin wearther is still to poor to
be outside. Maybe next ill try outside. i enjoy races...
