32 is the smallest size on a 650b tire and being able to run 700c x 28 with high pressure is a lot better for my purposes on well paved roads when the ride is 300 miles...

PAM is canola oil and it will polymerize and turn into black goo that will gum things up. Not good to use on a decent bike. Vegetable oils < Mineral oils.
