aside from nitto track bars, i also have easton road bars so i can swap it out in case i need to get a more comfortable position for long road rides

what is a good rule of thumb when choosing the proper width of track handlebars, particularly the nitto b123 crmo?

i'm 5'4" with medium build, and i come from mt bike...
