It's a Raleigh but l have one of these. As nice as a similar Raleigh and a cool head badge. I also have a triumph racing frameset in 531 with the triumph badge. Another great Raleigh bike.

When they were sold they came in 23.5". As the owner of many Raleighs you start seeing em. They measured center to top.
So I guess I'm saying it's a 59.7cm.

The 888 tubing included in the fork makes it about 1980 I think. Btw, I have a 25" version of this frameset and it's an excellent ride. I just have other bikes I prefer to ride.

They are pretty much all 3 tubes straight gauge...

They are pretty much all 3 tubes straight gauge until you get to the supercourse 12. It's 3 tube double butted. I've had both and I have to say both are good framesets. I prefer the 12.
