If I could find a headset that has the right conical spacer, then fitting is not a problem. I was able to fit a standard 75mm stem above the bottom spacer shown in my picture, with normal spacers...

Just looked at that Dealer info posted earlier .... looks like ALL the Sirrus Carbon bikes have this stem now !
Maybe if they are fitting them on more bikes, they may be available to order .........
