I've ridden a 68cm and it fit fine, I'm 6'2" all legs, the owner of the bike was 6'6".
My current beater bike is a 64cm...

He's right it's made by Salsa, which is a QBP brand so most any bike shop should be able to order it.
I just got one for my Trucker and I really like it. Keeps the bags low and is very lightweight.

If it is straight then you may just need to adjust the High limit screw a bit.

Make sure you lube the chain with bicycle chain lube every 30 miles or so.

No problem. But yes both levers shift, one is up and one is down. The only hard part is the front shifter is opposite the rear. Go out and play with it and you will pick it right up.
