Yes, the bike I purchased came with the standard...

Yes, the bike I purchased came with the standard chrome rims. I put the alloys on there. And the front derailleur was the standard Delrin model. Also replaced.

I'm learning slowly by starting on the lowest end of the C&V universe. New tires, cables, bar wraps, lubing hubs, replacing chains, adjusting, truing rims. Fun stuff!
