Please take a look at attached photo, this is a 1-1/8" threadless type and the lower race diameter is 30mm.
Tough I've installed many forks over the years and have the proper tools, I've not worked...

Wolber Super Champion Alpine are clincher rims, and very nice ones with double eyelets.

Judging from the size of the spacer on the drive side of the hub, it is most likely 126mm spacing.
