IMHO, I'd get a Goblin over those two bikes any day of the week. Better fork for a very slight downgrade in groupset. Quite a bit cheaper too.

I had a CycleOps Fluid trainer before I moved to Phoenix, I don't need one now. :p

No issues with it, just pedal away for a hour so while watching TV, boring as hell, but better than nothing.

I'm 6-7, so I will always be a clyde. I'm very comfortable at 230, could probably stand to lose a few more pounds, but no way in hell get below 200. I'd be a skeleton.

I must be spoiled, some of the worst freaking roads I've ever ridden on. I think I lost two fillings. My first El Tour, and not sure I'm going to be in any big hurry to come back.

I find pretty much everything else boring as hell and can't force myself to do it for longer than ten minutes. Thank god for the bike, it's something I just love doing.

What's the furthest you've ridden? I you can do 40-50, then 75 will be relatively easy if you hydrate, eat, and ride at your own pace.
