Yeah, the only drawback is that it's easy to get sucked into spending way too much money on stems and bars lol And of course some would say it looks bad.

The adapter is a deda spada with a shim, it is a 1" threadless stem adapter and my stem is 1 1/8". I used 1" spacers under the stem to cover up the shaft of the adapter so it looks less obtrusive....
