This is my actual goal, maybe twice a week. Especially in the heat of Summer. It's rarely below 90 degrees here and it's over 100 quite often.

I haven't ridden in years. The Wife and I just bought a couple of Kona Splice bikes. Not into anything serious yet, just wanna get in better shape and shed a few tons.
