Hi guys, I love my carbon wheels but I can't believe how fast it wears through brake pads... and how much it squeals.

It seems I have to toe-in the brake shoe every 200 miles or else it just wears...

speedplay for sure.
There is always a little bit of "friction" in the float with SPD and look pedals. With speedplay there isn't any of that. It feels very easy on the knee.
