I would imagine park tools would be more than adequate. All you really need to true wheels is a spoke key, then just turn your bike upside and use the brakes as a guide.

I've had the Specialized Toupe for almost 2 years now and it's a great saddle. It's unique in that I mainly ride in non-cycling specific clothes and it is still really comfortable yet lightweight.

The stock Alex wheels aren't actually that bad, but they are not going to be as strong as a set of Mavics though so if you already have the Mavics ride those and sell the ALEX wheels as new.
