It’s a good thing you probably wouldn’t be seated on the jury. Because the defense would (incorrectly) assume you’d be biased for the victim.

I’d like to see you out brake the victim.

He’s travelling NORTH, the sidewalk is on the WEST side of the road. What “few feet” of sidewalk is he supposed to ride? Are you literally talking bunny hop?
