Cranks look pretty close to the BB... spindle might be a bit short or cranks worn/overtightened perhaps? Worth checking.

Yes the red, white and grey is original but the blue looks to be resprayed. The tube sticker is there but info has faded, but i suspect it is a replaced/repainted fork.
