I went with spds and Shimano RX 800 shoes. I'm on Tarmac 75% of the time. So far so good.

I wanted to go with a stock size Litespeed frame....

I wanted to go with a stock size Litespeed frame. I am 6'4" and run FSA plasma bars on my road rigs so I could not just flip my stem to get the rise I prefer.

Yes. Litespeed machines a Ti headtube extension. I think it looks better than the carbon spacers. Seems the older I get the more upright I get:). Heading out now to see how she runs on the road.

Have only ridden it twice...maybe 50 miles. Coastal cruises. Has not missed a shift. Very well made. I converted the original 8 speed to 9.
