So I was on the trainer this morning practicing victory salutes. I was attempting the standard two-hands-to-the-sky and knocked the light out of my ceiling fan.

I think I'm gonna clean the frame down real good too and put some car wax on it to protect it a bit. Glad I don't have to mess with this wife bs like the rest of you yet.

Been riding an 83 Schwinn Peloton for the past couple of years and am replacing it with a new 09 CAAD 9 6.
