I ended up getting a FSA SL-K CARBON 46/30 crankset.
Which wasn't cheap...
FSA do an aluminium version, The Energy Adventure in 46/30 and 48/32 which has a more budget friendly price tag...

I have a FSA Omega (ahem, for sale) BB30 with 46/30 range rings. It is 4 arm 120/90 bcd. The Tempo appears to be 5 arm, and square taper (yuk). Might be a one off model by FSA.

Got a good deal from Bike24.com in Germany €300 delivered to the UK. Better than the rip off Britain prices of £379!
