Bolted, not riveted chainrings are a great deal. That said, big red flags go up for me whenever I see rear brakes with cable routing like that.

Ouch.. The wierdest thing is that bike's over-relaxed geometry, it looks like the bike hit and the fork bent, and then the lower half of the bike kept moving underneath the truck as the top half...
