Ah, I had ANT+ on the phone. I'm now on Apple (no more ANT+) and a power meter that's ANT+ only. I should see if I can get my other sensors BT paired with Ride with GPS. Someday.

I have the same issue, but I have been trying to use heart rate only instead of speed on easy rides. It's to easy to get focused on speed. When the heart rate goes up, back off a bit.

I would have to look it up. I don't use the myEtraining software beyond once in a while doing a spin down calibration. I don't think I have aver changed it from the default value.
