This is how it sits now... Well other than my new SPD's (love em)...

PreExisting. I hurt my knee pretty bad this last winter, and am dealing with the pain after every ride. Hopefully the brace minimizes it. So far so good.

Put the risers right back on until i get a new frame.

I just dont get why not upgrade the cranks now instead of waiting till you get a "fancier" bike.
Why not upgrade now, and then when you do get a new one, you'll already have nicer cranks on it.

They are the ones that came with it. I dig the shape, and size of them, but they are flexy as hell. as was the super soft stem.
