TA issue - need brake adjustment every time

Hey, I have gravel bike with carbon fork and TA 12x100mm. In theory it should be fine to dismount and mount front wheel, but in practise I have to adjust brake caliper (flat mount grx) every time....

But, it can allows to use 700x35c, about 37-38mm max. It's enough for me.

Thanks! I have DT460 with 18mm internal, so it should be ok - WTB's are TL compatible, but Grinders are much lighter (about 100 g per tyre) so... maybe it will be better choice.
