First pic is the bolt with a hole drilled into it. Second are the extractors I have. The original hex size was too big for any of my torx, but I will try to put one in the new smaller area.

In the past, even when decent, the stem bolts are always difficult to move on some of the old Peugeot bikes I've worked on. This one is rounded. I've tried to put rubber between the hex and the bolt....
