Nope! Instead I had an extra glass of wine whilst playing music last night and went on a 45 min MTB ride this morning. I'm really doing a good job at this whole off season thing.

I don't like gloves. I've had road rash on my hands and it's awful... but eventually I agree lazy and stopped wearing that.

I wear gloves for crit racing, track racing, MTB or when it's cold.

In my experience I need to be really fresh for the limiter to be my aerobic system. If I have any sort of (even mild) fatigue, pain in my legs is the limiter.

I'm also a fan of the GP4 season, perhaps an intermediate between the 4k/5k and Gatorskin in regards to flat protection and suppleness. They're a bit spendy though.
