SRAM Omniums are a lot stiffer than the road cranks you are using.
They are 144 bcd and 1/8 so you will need to change the crank set , the bottom bracket, chain, and the rear cog.

Take the frame to the lbs they will have a rimming tool to clean out the hole or home depot has a honning tool that fits on a drill but is kind of expensive for a one time use

I got a new Thompson stem that is 26.0mm to fit the Nitto bars.
I am still thinking to go with the 31.8 stem and bar combination to avoid the failure again.

In terms of miles I commute about 250 miles a week.
The stem and bars are 26.0 mm
I think I may go to a 31.8 bar and stem .

The geometry of the Big Block is totally different than the Wabi. Big Block is track legal and has a higher bottom bracket. The Wabi has a more relaxed road geo.
Both bikes are great .

Don't know if the Sram 300 is the same.
