Go with the HED. Great rim/wheel. I love Flo wheels (have a set of 45 carbons, a 90, and a disc) but the 30s are really a heavy rim.

Scott's bike is so smooth but the biggest thing is how well he fits it. His back is super flat and he can easily fold his arms. When he is off the front he gets so aero.

For July I would hugely recommend heading to Utah for Crusher in the Tushar, amazing race - check it out. Or, just head up to WI and race TOAD.

You all have little bird hearts! Smaller stroke volume means a faster heart rate to maintain cardiac output. Keep training and your heart may get bigger and your HR may decrease.

Yeah, Dan was flying. He crushed the TT (no surprise) and killed it on the final climb Sunday. He can't do Cascade so he had to get it all out of his system :)
