I've downloaded and used bike telemetry. So far I like it but I prefer the lay-out options I've seen with Dashware the best.

FWIW, I placed 2 orders from PBK with shipping dates of 12/8 & 12/9 and I'm still waiting for them.

Their prices are good, but with over a month wait I'm not sure they are that good.

I'd also make sure you dont have the 4 screws on the cleat tightened too much as I've read that can cause clipping in a bit tougher. The screws should come with blue loctite already on the threads...

Just buy new cleats. Zero cleats work with LA pedals and vice versa.

At first it is a little harder to clip in with the Zero cleats, when compared to LA, but they loosen up a bit with usage.

I dont find getting 5,000 miles out of a set of Speedplay cleats out of the ordinary, however I did use coffee shop caps but probably not as much as I should have. I got about 6,500 out of mine.
