-4 and -5; couldn't get prescription wraparounds due to mad astigmatism. I have Adidas wraps with prescription inserts. Felt a bit drunk until I got used to them, but having the full coverage is worth it. Used to get headaches using clip-ons, since they didn't block glare from top and sides. Aaand, for that price, I should have bit it and bought contacts, but I like being able to hide behind my glasses.
