Remember that you are talking about 2 different positions: Standing upright and Leaning over a bike. The bibs are designed to function correctly for riding. Standing upright is a secondary concern. Assuming you are wearing the correct size, they will tug at your shoulders a bit. However, after a few minutes you won't notice.
