you mentioned GMR in one of your posts so you must live in socal. I have alerts sent to my phone for any 60-61cm bikes in the area..This one popped up and might be of interest to you, pretty good price considering it has ultegra group.. If the bike has the Shimano Octalink BB, you can easily swap it out to Compact by using the Ritchey Crankset which is Octalink compatible.. It is an easy upgrade and take about 5 minutes to do..
