Seeing that backpack in the picture makes me think you could use a rack. I tend not to worry much about weight, though - my 7.2 FX is set up for comfort. I modified it with Nashbar Trekking bars, Brooks B17 saddle, big platform pedals, and SRAM Attack grip shifters. I also
added a kickstand.
And definitely angle that saddle up. I would raise the stem up, too, but this again would be for comfort over speed. Either way, nice bike!
