I dont think the routing change would make a huge difference?

yeah. i might try, but have to see it i guess.
i think the rivendell one is more for those having cable guide at the bottom of BB, guessing from the distance between each cable guide.
my frame has both guides on each far outside of the diameter.
the cables might touch the frame contouring like a bit of spiral around the DT, although i am not sure.
(not sure if i explain well...)
btw. Rivendell also has a really good looking
stem shifter mount too. attempted.
