Sorry you couldn’t make it too, RF. I have also been riding at about 50% of the my planned training levels because of work. As you may have had in mind back in 2011, you can save a lot of time attending the Annual 50+ Ride by having it in your own back yard. My draw to go to Ann Arbor for the Third Annual Ride was family and a high school reunion in Detroit. Besides, I really do enjoy showing Boston to visitors.

I'm sure the Boston stories will appear in this thread, later be enshrined in the sticky “A Chronicle of the 50+ Annual Rides.” Furthermore, Marc will undoubtedly have tales to tell in his blog, Simply Cycling, linked to any of his posts.
